At Coderwebb LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. We understand that, in some cases, a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and explains the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline, a refund may be issued.
• Service Defects: If the delivered work has significant defects or is not as described in the contract, we will work with you to fix the issue. If a resolution is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our services (custom web design), we do not offer refunds for simply changing your mind after work has started.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase or service delivery. Your request must include the following:

• A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
• Any supporting documentation, such as emails or screenshots, that help clarify the issue.

We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the decision. If a refund is approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method used at the time of the purchase (Stripe).

3. Stripe Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Payments for custom services or projects already completed.
• Fees related to any third-party services or software used during the project (e.g., domain registration, hosting, plugins, etc.).
